1. Vouchers are activated at the moment of purchase.
2. The voucher holder is obliged to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.

4. The voucher expiration date is 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. The voucher entitles to a one-time use of services available at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher must be printed and handed over to the staff before the service is rendered.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be applied to another reservation.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged, either fully or partially, for cash equivalent.
9. The voucher may be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the voucher was purchased.
10. The voucher is redeemed according to the terms applicable to the sale of the specific type of service, at the prices and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
