- Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used for another reservation.
- The Voucher cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for its cash equivalent.
- The Voucher can be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
- The Voucher is redeemed according to the terms applicable to the sale of the given service type, according to prices and conditions in force at the time of booking.
- If the invoice amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid on site by card or cash.
