Our facility cares about the safety of children and has procedures in place to protect them. In connection with the entry into force of regulations imposing an obligation on establishments to verify minors, you will be asked to show identification documents and provide personal information of minors staying/visiting the facility with you. During the registration process, a document will be required that allows verification of the child's identity or a consent signed by the child's parent with an indication of the child's data, the child's address, telephone contact to the parent and the identity document/PESEL number of the person to whom the parent has entrusted the child's care. Pets are accepted. Additional cost is 80 PLN/day per pet.
