1. Vouchers are activated at the moment of purchase.
2. The voucher holder is required to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.

4. The voucher validity period expires after 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. The voucher entitles to a one-time use of services available at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher should be printed and handed over to the staff before the service is provided.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used towards another reservation.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged either in whole or in part for its cash equivalent.
9. The voucher may be used by the purchaser or by the person for whom the voucher was purchased.
10. The voucher is redeemed under the terms applicable to the sale of the given type of service, according to the prices and rules in effect at the time of booking.
11. If the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be settled on-site by card or cash.
