1. Vouchers are activated at the moment of purchase.
2. The voucher holder is required to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.

4. The voucher validity period expires after 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. The voucher entitles to a one-time use of the services available at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher must be printed and handed over to the staff before service execution.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used for another reservation.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged, either wholly or partially, for cash equivalent.
9. The voucher can be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the voucher was purchased.
10. Voucher redemption is subject to the terms applicable to the sale of the given type of service, according to the prices and terms in force at the time of reservation.
11. If the bill amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be settled on site by card or cash.
