5. The voucher entitles the holder to a one-time use of services available at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher must be printed and presented to the staff before the service is provided.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used for another reservation.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for cash equivalent.
9. The voucher may be used by the purchaser or by the person for whom the voucher was purchased.
10. The voucher redemption is subject to the terms applicable to the sale of the given service type, according to the prices and rules in force at the time of booking.
11. If the bill amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid on site by card or cash.
