The apartment is equipped with individual air conditioning in each room with an area of 35 m2, designed specifically for comfortable relaxation. Guests choosing the Premium Suite have at their disposal functional, cozy interiors with comprehensive equipment, refined in all details. The whole is characterized by an unusual design. The apartment consists of: a lounge area connected with a kitchenette and dining area, a glass bedroom with the option of complete shading, and a bathroom.

In the living room, guests have access to a comfortable sofa with a wide seat and a sleeping function. Thanks to its dimensions of 140 x 180 cm, two people can comfortably sleep on it. The apartment also features a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and four chairs. The walls are partially adorned with elegant mirrors that additionally optically enlarge the interiors. The whole is complemented by designer lamps and other tasteful accessories.

Each of the Premium Suite apartments has a fully equipped kitchenette. It consists of a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, and an electric kettle. Additionally, the kitchenette contains a set of dishes and cutlery. This equipped kitchen allows for the independent preparation of meals for the whole family. You don’t have to worry about a delicious morning coffee thanks to the Nespresso capsule machine.

The central place in the bedroom is occupied by a double bed 160 cm wide along with allergy-friendly comforters. Next to it are two nightstands and reading lamps. The floor in the bedroom and living room is covered with carpet according to a unique, individual pattern, exclusively for our investment.

The bathroom in the apartment is equipped with a glass shower cabin, a sink with a countertop, and a mirror. Additionally, there is a cabinet for personal cosmetics, bathroom accessories, and a hairdryer. We offer all guests a free set of towels.

In the hallway of the apartment, there is a wardrobe as well as a coat rack. All windows in the apartment can be covered with light-blocking curtains.
