Spacious two-room apartment of 45 m2 with the largest terrace equipped with individual air conditioning in each room, designed especially for comfortable relaxation. Guests choosing the Premium Apartment type have at their disposal functional, cozy interiors with comprehensive equipment, refined in every detail. The whole stands out with its unique design. The apartment consists of: a living room combined with a kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

In the living room, guests have a comfortable sofa with a wide seat and sleeping function. Thanks to its dimensions of 180 x 200 cm, two people can comfortably sleep on it. The apartment also features a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and four chairs. The walls are partially covered with elegant mirrors, which further visually enlarge the interiors. The whole is complemented by designer lamps and other tasteful accessories.

Each Premium apartment has a comprehensively equipped kitchenette. It consists of a tall fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, and electric kettle. Additionally, the kitchenette includes a set of dishes and cutlery. Such a kitchen allows for preparing meals independently for the whole family. You don’t have to worry about delicious morning coffee thanks to the Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

The central place in the bedroom is occupied by a double bed 160 cm wide with allergy-friendly duvets. Next to it are two bedside tables and reading lamps. Carpet flooring with a unique, individual pattern exclusive to our investment has been installed in both the bedroom and living room.

The bathroom in the apartment is equipped with a glass shower cabin, a washbasin with a countertop, and a mirror. The room also has a cabinet for placing your own cosmetics, bathroom accessories, and a hairdryer. We offer a free set of towels to all guests.

In the apartment’s hallway, there is a wardrobe and a coat hanger. All windows in the apartment can be covered with blackout curtains.

Throughout the building, guests can additionally use wireless Internet free of charge.
