SALT CAVE

A natural way to strengthen immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of many ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable trace elements, positively affects the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages the receptors in the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory tract, especially for those exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and support well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the bustle of daily responsibilities, it's worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at Aqua Residence is the ideal place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improve circulation, facilitates falling asleep, and alleviates muscle pain. Treatments are additionally charged and require prior reservation. SKIING

The AQUA Residence in Szklarska Poręba is the perfect place for skiers, located 280 m from the Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can take advantage of the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), which offers a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts, such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna and make use of equipment rental and skiing lessons.

BICYCLING

The AQUA Residence in Szklarska Poręba is an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, offering comfortable apartments and numerous amenities for cyclists. In the area, there are about 450 km of cycling routes of varying difficulty, running through the picturesque landscapes of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains.
