SALT CAVE

A natural way to strengthen immunity, improve concentration and support the treatment of many conditions. Its microclimate, rich in valuable minerals, benefits the body through breathing and skin absorption of salt. Walking on salt also massages foot receptors. Sessions are suitable for all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the airways, especially for those exposed to smog, reduce stress and support wellbeing.

MASSAGE ROOMS – RELAXATION AREA

Amid the demands of daily life, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA by GRANO Residence is perfect for unwinding in an intimate atmosphere. AQUA by GRANO Residence in Szklarska Poręba is ideal for skiers, just 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze, with 12 km of runs. Beginners can use Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), with a ski school and equipment rental. Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km) are also nearby. After skiing, guests can relax in the wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna, and use equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING

AQUA by GRANO Residence in Szklarska Poręba is an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, offering comfortable apartments and numerous cyclist-friendly facilities. The area has around 450 km of cycling routes of varying difficulty through the scenic Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains.
