One Harmony SPA & Wellness
We create our Wellness offer with the intention of providing guests with various forms of relaxation. Those seeking to unwind can enjoy pools with water jets and counter-currents as well as a jacuzzi. For fans of the cleansing power of temperature, we have prepared saunas: a dry one and a steam one. Guests who like to relax while engaging in physical activity will find a well-equipped gym waiting for them.
SPA Treatments
Treatments and rituals offered in the One Harmony SPA area are an offer created with the idea of harmonious relaxation, renewal, and soothing in mind. Professional staff, interiors designed to support the relaxing effects of the treatments, as well as the exceptional atmosphere of the hotel located in the heart of Gdańsk, is our recipe for alleviating stress and achieving true, deep relaxation.
SWIMMING POOL
Our recreational pool with an area of 80 m2, 12m long and 1.5m deep provides deep relaxation. The paddling pool will allow even the youngest Guests of our SPA Center to swim safely. After a swimming session, take advantage of additional attractions such as: water massage of the back and neck, as well as a geyser and pool counter-current.
Spa treatments for kids
At One Harmony SPA & Wellness we offer special SPA treatments for children, which introduce the youngest to the world of relaxation and care. Additionally, you can buy swimming sleeves and diaper pants on site, so that every visit to the pool area is safe and comfortable.
