SALT CAVE

A natural method to strengthen immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of many ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, beneficially affects the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages the receptors on the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory tracts, especially for those exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and support good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the hustle and bustle of everyday duties, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA Residence by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improves circulation, facilitates falling asleep, and soothes muscle pain. Treatments are additionally paid and require prior reservation. The AQUA Residence by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an ideal place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts, such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna and take advantage of equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING

The AQUA Residence by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, offering comfortable apartments and numerous amenities for cyclists. The area features about 450 km of bike trails of varying difficulty, running through the picturesque terrains of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains.
