The Finnish sauna is an ideal way to relax, detoxify, and boost immunity, providing benefits for both health and beauty.

SALT CAVE

A natural way to boost immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of various ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and absorbing salt through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages the receptors in the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory pathways, especially for those exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and support well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the rush of daily responsibilities, it's essential to find a moment for oneself. The relaxation massage room at the Aqua Residence is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improves circulation, facilitates sleep, and alleviates muscle pain. Treatments are charged extra and require prior booking. SKIING

The AQUA Residence in Szklarska Poręba is the perfect place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Sudetes with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can take advantage of the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), which offers ski lessons and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts, such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna and take advantage of equipment rental and ski classes.

CYCLING

The AQUA Residence in Szklarska Poręba is an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, offering comfortable apartments and numerous amenities for cyclists. In the area, there are about 450 km of bike trails of varying difficulty, running through the picturesque areas of the Sudetes and the Jizera Mountains.
