The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages receptors on the feet. The sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory tract, especially for people exposed to smog, and also reduce stress and support good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the hustle and bustle of everyday duties, it's worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA Residence by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. The AQUA Residence by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an ideal place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, as well as use the equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING
