SALT CAVE

A natural way to strengthen immunity, improve concentration and support the treatment of many conditions. The microclimate there, rich in valuable trace elements, has a beneficial effect on the body through breathing and the absorption of salt through the skin. In addition, walking on salt massages the receptors in the feet. The sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the airways, especially in people exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and promote well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS – RELAXATION ZONE

Amid the hustle and bustle of daily responsibilities, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at Rezydencja AQUA by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. The indoor pool is an excellent complement to active mountain leisure and is ideal after a day spent trekking, skiing or taking long walks, helping to relax the muscles and support regeneration. Guests can use an indoor pool measuring 13.5 × 5 m with a depth of 1.19 m, two children’s paddling pools measuring 3 × 3 m with depths of 20 cm and 40 cm, an indoor jacuzzi, as well as two saunas – dry and steam – promoting complete relaxation at any time of year.

Rezydencja AQUA by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is the perfect place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains, with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), which offers a ski school and equipment rental. Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km) are also nearby. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, and use the equipment rental service and skiing lessons.

CYCLING

Rezydencja AQUA by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, offering comfortable apartments and numerous amenities for cyclists. The surrounding area features approximately 450 km of cycling routes of varying difficulty, running through the picturesque Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains.
