A natural way to boost immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of many ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and absorption of salt through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages receptors on the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clean the respiratory tract, especially in people exposed to smog, and also reduce stress and support good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the rush of daily duties, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA Residence by GRANO is an ideal place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Guests have access to an indoor pool measuring 13.5 × 5 m with a depth of 1.19 m, two children’s paddling pools measuring 3 × 3 m with depths of 20 cm and 40 cm, an indoor jacuzzi, as well as two saunas – dry and steam – conducive to full relaxation at any time of the year.

The AQUA by GRANO residence in Szklarska Poręba is the perfect place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, as well as take advantage of equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING
