Its microclimate, rich in valuable minerals, benefits the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Walking on salt also massages foot receptors. Sessions suit people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the airways, especially for those exposed to smog, reduce stress and support well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION AREA

AQUA by GRANO Residence in Szklarska Poręba is ideal for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica—the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze, with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), with a ski school and equipment rental. Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km) are also nearby. After skiing, guests can relax in the wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna and use equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING
