  - Important information for participants of the trip:
    The route leading to the shelter is a typical mountain hike of an approach nature - almost the entire section towards the shelter leads uphill, which may be a challenge for people with lower physical condition. The return route is a descent. We recommend appropriate preparation, comfortable trekking shoes and assessing your own abilities before starting the trip.

Guided tours require appropriate weather conditions to maintain the safety of participants.

WELLNESS TERRACE

The outdoor Jacuzzi at the AQUA Residence by GRANO offers a relaxing bath with a view of the Izerskie Mountains and Wysoki Kamień. The Finnish sauna is an ideal way to relax, detoxify, and boost immunity, providing benefits for both health and beauty.

SALINE CAVE

A natural way to strengthen immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of many ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Additionally, walking on the salt massages the receptors on the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory tract, especially for those exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and promote good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

Amid daily duties, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at the AQUA Residence by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improves circulation, facilitates falling asleep, and relieves muscle pain. Treatments are payable and require prior reservation. AQUA Residence by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an ideal place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby, there are also Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna and take advantage of equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING
