SALT CAVE

A natural way to boost immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of various ailments. The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and salt absorption through the skin. Additionally, walking on the salt massages the receptors on the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help cleanse the respiratory tract, especially for those exposed to smog, and also reduce stress and support good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the hustle of everyday duties, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA Residence by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improve circulation, facilitate falling asleep, and ease muscle pain. Treatments are additionally charged and require prior reservation. Reservations can be made by phone (+48 791-96-11-77, preferably SMS) or by email (spa@SPAwAQUA.pl). SPA services are available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Rezydencja AQUA by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an ideal place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, as well as use the equipment rental and ski lessons.

BICYCLING
