The microclimate there, rich in valuable trace elements, has a beneficial effect on the body through breathing and the absorption of salt through the skin. In addition, walking on salt massages the receptors in the feet. The sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the airways, especially in people exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and support well-being.

Rezydencja AQUA by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is the perfect place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze Mountains, with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), which offers a ski school and equipment rental. Czech resorts such as Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km) are also nearby. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, and use the equipment rental service and skiing lessons.

CYCLING
